I placed order NL32979 for the Maise commode 70x138x41 cm with 6 drawers and waited about two weeks for delivery. When the package finally arrived, the order was incomplete: many parts were missing, including drawer components, so it was impossible to assemble the commode. The parcel weighed only 17 kg, while on the website the product is listed at around 37 kg, which clearly shows that I received only part of the shipment. I contacted customer service asking them to send the missing parts or, if that was not possible, to arrange a full refund, but so far I have not received any real help, clear response, or solution. Very disappointing experience in terms of both delivery and customer service.
